"My 93 year old Mom needed a walker. I called around town to different retail places for assistance. The Staff at Comfort Mobility jumped to the plate immediately. They took a history over the phone and after the Physio Therapist came in and did his assessment my Mom had her walker delivered to her door. They knew how important it was to get this walker to my Mom asap to keep her safe. One week later was Mom's 94th Birthday. I called that morning hoping to order Mom a cup holder for her walker and they not only had one in stock but they delivered it same day so my Mom had her birthday present on her birthday, now that is going the extra mile! "After my disabled sister passed away recently, we had the issue of what to do with the medical equipment that she had for her disability. We contacted Comfort Mobility because they take this equipment and use it to help those that need this special equipment. "Hello Mr. Fase, I have been meaning to email you with an update on the use of my Nexus 3 rollator. I think if the people from ADP could have seen me trying to walk before, even with a cane, versus what I can do now with the rollator, they would definitely approve my need for this equipment. I have used it to walk around the blocks near our house, on several paved trails, on a gravel pathway at a local park, and inside the mall. It feels as if a miracle has occurred when I am using it and it is improving my strength because it is allowing me to walk upright and letting my hips and pelvis move as they should, so my sciatica pain has lessened and I can feel my upper legs getting stronger. Thank you so much for your prompt response to my call to Comfort Mobility and for bringing the rollator with you when you came for the assessment. "We were greeted by Linda the moment we walked in who set the expectation Comfort Mobility truly cares about service and their customers. She assisted us through the entire process, recommending so much when we just came in for eye surgery equipment. She even went out of her way to demo equipment and highlighting the features. The hospital recommended a particular toilet seat but we took Linda's recommendation and it was the best decision no doubt.
